Rovanpera kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Die Antwoord - Enter The Ninja. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macku lands a nice looking body shot.
Macku scores with a hook to the body. Rovanpera takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Rovanpera stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Macku.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Macku connects with a leg kick. Rovanpera looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Macku scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rovanpera doesn't seem bothered though.

and Macku counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rovanpera throws a right and a left that Macku avoids nicely.
Macku lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Rovanpera at a distance.

Macku misses with a two punch combination.
Adam Macku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Macku shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Rovanpera throws a sloppy head kick and Macku moves out of range easily.
Macku connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Rovanpera takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Rovanpera is rocked!
Macku is stalking Rovanpera. Rovanpera circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Macku, and it's lights out! Rovanpera really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
