Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piroco Piqueno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maggie Thauerskold Crusell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Piroco Piqueno!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Maggie Thauerskold Crusell!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thauerskold Crusell digs a good hook to Piqueno's body.
Thauerskold Crusell throws a low kick, looking for Piqueno's leg but Piqueno calmly moves out of range.
Piqueno bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Thauerskold Crusell fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Thauerskold Crusell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Piqueno was well out of range. Poor timing from Thauerskold Crusell.

Piqueno slips a straight right by Thauerskold Crusell.

Piqueno feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Piqueno trying to control the position from guard on top but Thauerskold Crusell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Piqueno sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Thauerskold Crusell's guard.
Piqueno seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Thauerskold Crusell is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
