And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Drago!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Drago. No joy for Nechvidov on that attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nechvidov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Drago is looking to clinch but Nechvidov is avoiding it.

Drago is not content to let Nechvidov control the position.

Nechvidov decides to stand up, so the ref orders Drago to his feet.
Ivan Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drago throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Drago is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Nechvidov rolls with it to try and escape but Drago cranks on the arm and Nechvidov is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
