Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tanner goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Pencil rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Tanner's guard! Nice work there by Pencil!

Tanner is looking for a triangle but Pencil pushes his legs off easily.
Tanner bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pencil's guard.
Tanner is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Pencil is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Pencil has escaped and now he's on top!

Tanner drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pencil looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pencil looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pencil!
