Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Tripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and liz succubus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tripper comes to the cage accompanied by TEAR AWAY. succubus has chosen Ludacris "Blueberry Yum Yum" as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jack Tripper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Tripper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, liz succubus!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
succubus throws a front kick that sends Tripper stumbling back into the cage.

Tripper clinches with his opponent.
A head punch on the inside from Tripper fails to land.
Tripper stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Tripper misses with some punches.
Tripper throws a blind hook that connects with the side of succubuss head.
succubus blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Tripper breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
succubus stuffs the takedown attempt from Tripper. Tripper gets slowly back to his feet.
succubus throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tripper's head.
Tripper tries to close the distance and clinch but succubus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tripper looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for succubus!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tripper throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
succubus avoids a strike by Tripper and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Tripper's guard! Fantastic escape!

Tripper working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. succubus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. succubus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

succubus shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Tripper misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

succubus tries to work over Tripper's front leg with a kick but Tripper checks it.
Tripper throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
succubus stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and succubus wants it to stay on the feet.

Tripper throws a strike but succubus rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
succubus tries to stand but Tripper is controlling from the bottom.
Tripper has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tripper has his foot on succubus's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. succubus works his way back into a safe position though.

Tripper sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

succubus gets to his feet - back to striking we go!

Tripper bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tripper postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Tripper in side control, throwing shots but succubus defends.
Tripper throws a strike aimed at the side of succubus's head but succubus avoids it well.

Tripper wants to control for a moment but succubus uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Tripper is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and succubus reverses the position - he's now on top in Tripper's guard.

Tripper tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Tripper has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. succubus doesn't defend quickly enough and Tripper has managed to lock this one up! Can succubus escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Tripper on a fantastic submission victory.
