The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuo misses with a takedown
and Bertozzi counters with a shoot takedown. Tuo fights it but they end up in guard.
Bertozzi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Tuo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bertozzi manages to get himself to full guard.

Bertozzi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tuo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
