Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and juan sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). juan sanchez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paul Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, juan sanchez! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! sanchez shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lee is trying to defend but sanchez finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Lee tries to get to full guard but sanchez has control of the leg. Lee is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but sanchez pulls his head out easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. sanchez wants to work for an arm triangle but Lee is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Lee is looking to improve his position.
Lee is looking to get back to full guard here but sanchez has managed to pass to side control instead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee tries to reverse the position but sanchez maintains control. sanchez is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Lee to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Lee shrugs it off. sanchez is working for a guillotine from mount but Lee frees his head quite easily.
sanchez jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lee is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lee and sanchez has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
sanchez swings around for an armbar but Lee sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into sanchez's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed sanchez's guard. Lee wants to work for an arm triangle but sanchez is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
sanchez gets full guard. sanchez had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lee defends it easily. sanchez is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lee is aware though and is defending well. Lee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. sanchez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lee throwing strikes but missing. Lee looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. sanchez isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lee stacks sanchez on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lee! sanchez regains half guard, as Lee was trying to land strikes. The fighters are battling for position here. sanchez manages to regain full guard. Nice work. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lee accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. sanchez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

sanchez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lee counters with a nice double leg into half guard. sanchez is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lee pulls his head out easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. sanchez is looking to improve his position.
Lee is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and sanchez defends it well. Lee is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. sanchez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lee. sanchez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for sanchez.

Lee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. sanchez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lee throws a strike but sanchez rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lee wants to improve his position but instead sanchez has moved into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee wants to get back to full guard. sanchez looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That was a close second round but I would say that Paul Lee will probably get the nod. That's time! Lee's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Lee won't allow sanchez to sweep him here. Paul Lee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lee trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lee working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lee throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Lee lands a couple of digs. sanchez has momentary wrist control but Lee slips an elbow through the middle. sanchez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and sanchez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between sanchez's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. sanchez has his foot on Lee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lee works his way back into a safe position though. Lee postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Lee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. sanchez is keeping the position for now. No chance. sanchez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Lee advances to half guard. Lee missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Lee is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
sanchez slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. sanchez isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lee stacks sanchez on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lee! Lee looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's three minutes gone in the round. sanchez tries to buck Lee off but Lee is having none of it. Lee lands some shots froms side control. sanchez is trying to get back to half guard. sanchez manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. sanchez tries to roll over but Lee keeps him under control. sanchez is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lee pulls his head out easily. Lee working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed sanchez's head. sanchez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Lee is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Lee slips a nice elbow through sanchez's hands, connecting with sanchez's forehead. Lee thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing sanchez to regain full guard. sanchez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. sanchez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lee has picked sanchez up and slammed him! sanchez can't keep hold of the triangle and Lee manages to pass to side control!
And that's the end of the fight! Paul Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well Lee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
