Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Holte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Partanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Pete Partanen enters the cage!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Holte blocks the leg kick.
Holte displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Partanen throws out the jab.
Holte shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Partanen as he jumps to the side.
Partanen misses with a two punch combination.
Viktor Holte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Holte blocks a jab.
Holte tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Partanen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Holte misses with a takedown attempt - Partanen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Holte shoots for a double leg takedown but Partanen sprawls well. He's pushed Holte's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well Partanen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
