The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tam throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Scott I. Scott I slips a jab and a cross from Tam.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tam's corner calls for a 1-2. Tam gets in close and instigates a clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tam lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Joesy Scott I has been cut. Scott I ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Scott I no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tam has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Scott I is proving hard to escape from. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tam Tam showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Joesy Scott I's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tam tries to land a sweep but no joy. Scott I drops back looking for a leg! Tam is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tam manages to kick Scott I off! Scott I jumps back into Tam's guard. Tam is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Tam thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Scott I's head. Tam passes to side control. Scott I can't do much from the bottom here. Tam advances to full mount. Joesy Scott I overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
