Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Henrypogs Abesamis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titan Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henrypogs Abesamis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Henrypogs Abesamis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Titan Reyes! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abesamis moves in looking to clinch but Reyes pushes him off. Abesamis tries to clinch but Reyes is having none of it. Reyes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Abesamis paws at him with a jab and circles away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Abesamis. Abesamis takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Reyes tries to clinch and Abesamis counters with an inside leg kick. Abesamis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Reyes circles away. Reyes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Abesamis dives in and grabs Reyes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Reyes pushes down on Abesamis's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henrypogs Abesamis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice sprawl there from Reyes as Abesamis shoots in. No luck with that takedown attempt from Abesamis. Abesamis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Reyes paws at him with a jab and circles away. Reyes has Abesamis up against the cage in a clinch.

Reyes circles away from the clinch attempt and Reyes counters with a nice body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reyes slaps away a takedown attempt from Abesamis, before circling back to the center of the mat. Reyes is looking to clinch. Abesamis shoots in but Reyes avoids the takedown attempt easily. Abesamis closes the distance but Reyes moves to the side and Reyes counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Abesamis is breathing heavily. Abesamis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Reyes's waist but Reyes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Abesamis off to one side. The fight moves into the clinch position. Reyes lands a nice elbow. Reyes is struggling to control the position. Reyes lands a knee to the head.
Reyes breaks from the clinch.
Reyes clinches up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reyes breaks the clinch.
Reyes has closed the distance and engaged Abesamis in a clinch.
Abesamis wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Reyes fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Abesamis, pushing him back against the cage. Reyes breaks the clinch.
Titan Reyes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Reyes pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Abesamis back to the cage. Reyes follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Reyes darts in and clinches Abesamis up against the cage. Reyes has Abesamis pushed against the cage. Reyes using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Abesamis has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Abesamis is trying to break the clinch but Reyes has him pressed against the cage. Stalling in the clinch from Reyes.
Reyes creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Abesamis's defenses. Abesamis takes a knee to the side of the body. Abesamis tries to stall but Reyes uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Reyes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Reyes breaks the clinch.

No luck for Abesamis with that takedown attempt. Reyes clinches up with Abesamis and pushes him back against the cage. Abesamis wants to get back to striking at distance but Reyes won't allow it.
A bit of stalling here from Reyes.
Reyes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Abesamis tries to clinch but Reyes moves out of range. Abesamis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Reyes tries to clinch up. Reyes forces Abesamis back against the cage and clinches. Reyes lands an elbow inside. Reyes is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Abesamis is defending well for now. Abesamis jumps guard but Reyes stands there with Abesamis around his waist. Abesamis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Reyes lands a nice elbow. Reyes landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Reyes lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Reyes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Abesamis drives through and clinches with Reyes against the cage.
Abesamis jumps guard and drags Reyes to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Reyes must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Abesamis preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Reyes wants to stand and escape but instead Abesamis has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Reyes throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Reyes wants to control the position but Abesamis says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Abesamis controlling the action here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Titan Reyes dominated that round. That's time! Abesamis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Abesamis throws a head kick that misses. No luck for Abesamis with that takedown attempt. Abesamis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reyes circles away quickly and effectively. Abesamis moves to clinch but Reyes breaks away and Reyes counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Reyes throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Abesamis looks for a takedown but Reyes sprawls well. Abesamis fails in his attempt to clinch. Reyes wants to clinch and Abesamis counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reyes moves into the clinch. Abesamis pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Reyes breaks the clinch.
Reyes closes the distance and pushes Abesamis back into the cage. Reyes blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Reyes displaying some good clinch control by pressing Abesamis up against the cage. Abesamis has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Reyes is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henrypogs Abesamis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Reyes's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Reyes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Abesamis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Reyes as he avoids it easily. Abesamis tries to clinch but Reyes is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Abesamis keeps the fight on the outside. Reyes tries to clinch but Abesamis moves away and Abesamis counters with a solid body kick. Reyes circles away from the clinch attempt and Reyes holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Reyes lands an elbow inside. Abesamis tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Abesamis wants to break the clinch but can't.
Reyes lands a shoulder strike. Abesamis is trying to drag Reyes to the mat but Reyes just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Abesamis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Reyes has him pressed against the cage. Reyes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Abesamis.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reyes throws a sloppy head kick and Abesamis moves out of range easily. Reyes tries to clinch but Abesamis is having none of it. Abesamis throws a series of punches but Reyes avoids them all with ease. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Abesamis is defended easily by Reyes. Abesamis looks for a takedown but Reyes sprawls well. A nice combination there by Reyes.

Abesamis shoots in for a double leg but Reyes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Abesamis shoots in and gets a takedown into Reyes's guard. Abesamis stands up from guard. Let's bang! Abesamis shoots for a double leg takedown but Reyes sprawls well. He's pushed Abesamis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Reyes keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Reyes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Abesamis swats him away and circles back towards the center. Abesamis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Abesamis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Reyes tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Abesamis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Abesamis closes the distance and clinches up with Reyes, looking for a takedown. Abesamis pushes Reyes against the cage but Reyes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Titan Reyes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Reyes instigates a clinch. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Reyes as Abesamis tries to tie him up. Abesamis being controlled against the cage. Reyes breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Reyes tries to clinch up. Reyes moves into the clinch successfully.
Reyes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Abesamis scores a takedown into full mount! Abesamis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Reyes is looking to escape. Abesamis in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abesamis controlling from mount. Reyes is wriggling around trying to escape.
Reyes has left one of his arms exposed and Abesamis doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Reyes screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
