The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Asadov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Squarepants's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Asadov cracks Squarepants with a solid left hand.
Asadov controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Squarepants is trying to control the position but Asadov postures up.

Asadov drops back looking for a leg! Squarepants is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Squarepants manages to kick Asadov off! Asadov jumps back into Squarepants's guard.
Squarepants really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Asadov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Asadov drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Asadov as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Squarepants screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Asadov! Nice submission victory there!
