Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Filipe Melo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Selly Sel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Filipe Melo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sel throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Melo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Melo slips a jab and a cross from Sel.
Melo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sel lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Sel drops Melo with a beautiful combination! Melo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sel is looking for the KO!
Melo is rocked!
It looks like Filipe Melo has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sel throws an overhand right that has Melo reeling! Sel follows up with more punches and Melo is out cold! This one is all over!
