Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Machida might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dawn of the Dead by Does it Offend you, yeah?. Silva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Iced Earth - Harbinger of Fate. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Alyssa Summers and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Machida cracks Silva with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Silva, right into the meat.
Silva closes the distance and clinches.
Silva wants to break free but Machida has control.
Silva throws an elbow but it misses.
Machida breaks the clinch.
Silva throws a leg kick
and Machida connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Silva thumps Machida with a low kick.
Machida scores with a decent looking hook.
Machida circles away from the clinch attempt
and Machida cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Machida paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Machida throws a lazy right hand but Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A jab from Machida finds it's way through Silva's defenses.
Machida misses with a wild body shot.
Nice jab there from Machida.
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Abel Silva has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Machida drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Silva's head, knocking him out cold! Machida is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
