Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luco Zade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Hosie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hosie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Zade but Zade pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Zade fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hosie, pushing him back against the cage.
Zade has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Zade tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hosie is trying to force a seperation but Zade has the dominant position.
Hosie fails to pull guard.
Hosie is working for takedown but Zade is calmly controlling the position for now.
Luco Zade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathan Hosie.
Hosie's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Zade rushes Hosie and presses him up against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on Hosie's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hosie has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Zade uses from the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hosie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

and Zade counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hosie feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Zade's calf.

Zade has control of Hosie's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hosie regains control of the situation pretty easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
