Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Richards comes to the cage accompanied by All My Life. Joe Young has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Harry Richards! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Young! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richards throws a head kick but Young moves out of range.
Young with a jab. Young throws a body punch but Richards moves out of range. Young throws a body kick that misses. Richards tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Young displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Richards throws out the jab. Richards throws a nice outside leg kick. Young takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Richards sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Young to the ground! Richards dives into full mount looking to finish!
It looks like Joe Young has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Richards throwing strikes here but Young is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Young takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Richards goes for an armbar but Young turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Young. Richards is looking for a triangle but Young pushes his legs off easily.
Young avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Richards looking for subs off his back but Young has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Richards actively working from the bottom here. Richards has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Richards is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Young tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Richards manages to get to full guard.
Richards is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Richards keeping full guard, as Young tries to pass. Young is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Richards working for a triangle but Young defends it easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Young got a little sloppy there for a moment and Richards has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Young has managed to get both his arms back between Richards's legs - danger averted. Richards has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Young should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Richards has tightened it up now! Young should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
