Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denzel Juice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Hardwick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Juice comes into the arena with Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hardwick's choice of entrance music: Elephant Man - Pon Di River. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jason Hardwick enters the ring!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juice throws a sloppy head kick
and Hardwick counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hardwick is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hardwick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Juice wants to slow Hardwick down by chopping away at his legs.
Hardwick tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Juice counters with a head kick that drops Hardwick to the mat! Hardwick scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Hardwick tries to close the distance and clinch up but Juice swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

A nice right hand lands inside from Hardwick.
Hardwick fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Juice blocks an uppercut.
Juice is looking to control Hardwick's arms but Hardwick gets an underhook and turns him. Now Juice has his back to the ropes.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hardwick lands a nice uppercut.

Juice has had enough of the clinch but Hardwick keeps him there for the moment.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Juice is trying to push Hardwick away but Hardwick has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Hardwick lands a shoulder strike.
Hardwick gets through Juice's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Juice tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hardwick avoids it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hardwick dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the ropes.
Hardwick lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Hardwick's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Juice misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jason Hardwick showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Hardwick connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Juice falls off balance throwing a combination

Jason Hardwick comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
