Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wa Sa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Cones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wa Sa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jan Cones! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A good leg kick by Cones. Cones missing with a left hand there. Sa was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Sa keeps the fight on the outside. Cones gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sa seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Sa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Cones wants to stand up but Sa is controlling him. Cones being controlled here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Sa decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Cones, up you get! Cones throws a head kick but Sa moves out of range.
Cones is looking to clinch but Sa is avoiding it.
Sa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sa stands up and we're back to a striking position. Cones doesn't manage to clinch there - Sa circles away.
Sa gets the takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A lull in the action here as Sa stalls from top position. Cones struggling a bit here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cones is looking to get back to his feet here but Sa is keeping cool and he's managed to take Cones's back. Sa keeps control of the position easily here as Cones tries to buck him off.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Sa is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Sa has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Sa looking for the RNC.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sa is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Cones defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Sa is hanging on to Cones's back as he tries to escape.
Sa really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Cones. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wa Sa dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Cones is looking to clinch. Wa Sa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Cones keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sa. Cones throws a head kick but Sa moves out of range.
Sa fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Sa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cones looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Sa cracks Cones with an elbow. That is naaassty. Cones is being controlled here. Sa working away. Sa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cones knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Sa stands up and beckons Cones to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sa shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sa showed some decent athleticism there. Cones is looking for a sweep. Sa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sa decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. The fight stays on the outside here - Cones looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sa will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cones throws a sloppy head kick and Sa moves out of range easily. Cones tries to clinch there but Sa circles away.
Sa gets the takedown into side control. Cones is breathing heavily. Sa landing strikes. Sa tries to move into full mount but can't pass Cones's legs. Sa has knee on belly and moves into mount. Sa controlling from the full mount. Sa in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cones is trying to escape the mount.
Cones is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Sa has taken his back! Cones covers up after that shot from Sa.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Sa. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Sa lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Sa.
Cones is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wa Sa overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sa has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Sa has Cones flattened out and is raining down punches. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sa slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wa Sa dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Sa scores a takedown into full mount! Sa tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sa with the ground and pound from mount. Sa controlling the position easily from mount. Sa is trying to take his opponent's back.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sa content just to control the position here. Sa working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Cones turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Sa off and cradles Cones's limp body as Sa celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Wa Sa!
