Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Almeida comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Filha da puta - Gabriel O Pensador kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Almeida has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Paulo Almeida is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Machida shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
