The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wrecking Machine shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wrecking Machine was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Pasquale sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Pasquale is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Wrecking Machine's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wrecking Machine's back!

Pasquale sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wrecking Machine's guard.

Pasquale has control of Wrecking Machine's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wrecking Machine regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Pasquale lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Pasquale is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Wrecking Machine has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Pasquale has the hooks in. Wrecking Machine is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Wrecking Machine seems to have got his legs back now.
Pasquale circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Wrecking Machine to the canvas! Wrecking Machine doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Pasquale keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
