Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Babas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babas shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Babas was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Gracie wants to control but Babas is having none of it.
Gracie bucks up and throws Babas to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Gracie enables Babas to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gracie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Babas is aware though and is defending well.
Babas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Babas wants to pass the guard but Gracie is keeping the position.
Gracie trying to keep a closed guard but Babas is proving a slippery customer.

Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Babas is looking to stand up but Gracie won't let him.
Babas tries to free his leg and advance position but Gracie is retaining full guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Gracie holds on and takes a little breather.
Babas might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Babas is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Babas has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
