3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Anton Alexandrov! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bloggs has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bloggs drags the fight down to the ground.
Bloggs keeping full guard, as Alexandrov tries to pass. Bloggs is striking from the bottom but Alexandrov uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Alexandrov is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bloggs controlling the position well. Bloggs is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Bloggs striking from half guard on the bottom. Bloggs is trying to get back to full guard. Alexandrov is trying to control. Bloggs wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Alexandrov is looking to work some ground and pound but Bloggs has wrist control. Alexandrov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bloggs looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bloggs looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bloggs! Alexandrov is working to avoid the ground and pound but Bloggs connects with a decent elbow. Bloggs fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Alexandrov tries to bench press Bloggs off him but Bloggs keeps the position. Bloggs wants to control but Alexandrov is keeping him busy. Alexandrov avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bloggs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alexandrov is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Bloggs wants to control but Alexandrov is keeping him busy. Bloggs throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Alexandrov is not content to let Bloggs control the position. Bloggs misses with an attempted head punch from side control. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Alexandrov takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Alexandrov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bloggs pushes Alexandrov away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Alexandrov gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Alexandrov is trying to get an arm triangle but Bloggs is defending well. Bloggs is not content to let Alexandrov control the position. Bloggs is looking to regain half guard here but Alexandrov keeps moving and retains side control. Bloggs is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Alexandrov's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Bloggs wants to improve his position but Alexandrov is controlling well.
Bloggs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alexandrov is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Alexandrov looking to secure an arm triangle but Bloggs defends it well. Alexandrov working for a guillotine from mount but Bloggs is in no mood to give up. Alexandrov trying to control but Bloggs is having none of it. Bloggs throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Bloggs tries to get back to half guard but can't. Alexandrov goes for an armbar but Bloggs turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Bloggs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bloggs trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bloggs scoring with punches to the head and body. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Bloggs here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Bloggs throwing strikes but missing. Bloggs trying to control the position from guard on top but Alexandrov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bloggs throwing strikes but missing. Bloggs postures up.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Alexandrov has a closed guard, preventing Bloggs from standing up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Joe Bloggs. Alexandrov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Bloggs paws at him with a jab and circles away. Alexandrov shoots in for a takedown but Bloggs shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Alexandrov. Alexandrov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bloggs is trying to defend but Alexandrov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Alexandrov is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Alexandrov is breathing heavily. Bloggs pushes Alexandrov off looking to stand but Alexandrov dives back in and keeps control.
Bloggs gets back to full guard.
Bloggs trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Bloggs wants to get back to his feet but Alexandrov is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Alexandrov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bloggs is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bloggs has escaped and now he's on top! Alexandrov wants to sweep but no luck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anton Alexandrov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Alexandrov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bloggs throws a combination that misses and Alexandrov counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Bloggs is looking to stand back up but Alexandrov counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Bloggs. Joe Bloggs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Alexandrov prevents Bloggs from standing back up.
Alexandrov is trying to control the action in half guard but Bloggs is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bloggs wants to get back to full guard. Alexandrov is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Bloggs is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
