Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johny Zabijaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luther Heggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zabijaka comes into the arena with Toony - Los (Feat. Pih & Fabuła) blaring out of the sound system. On his way into the cage it seems that Johny Zabijaka has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Johny Zabijaka seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Johny Zabijaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luther Heggs! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Decent striking displayed by Heggs there. Zabijaka fails with a takedown attempt. Heggs drops Zabijaka with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zabijaka looks back up at him and smiles so Heggs waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Zabijaka is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heggs pushes Zabijaka up against the cage in a clinch. Heggs will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Zabijaka up against the cage. Zabijaka throws a punch but it's blocked by Heggs. Heggs lands a left hand that snaps the head of Zabijaka backwards. Heggs has Zabijaka pushed against the cage. Zabijaka is trying to push Heggs away but Heggs has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. A shot in the inside from Heggs. Zabijaka drops down looking for an ankle pick but Heggs pulls his leg out and moves away.
Heggs tries to close the distance and clinch but Zabijaka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heggs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Zabijaka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Heggs wants to clinch up but Zabijaka keeps it at a distance. Heggs lands a big uppercut and Zabijaka crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Zabijaka looks OK. Heggs waves Zabijaka back to his feet! Oh Zabijaka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
It looks like Johny Zabijaka has been cut. Heggs clinches with his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heggs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Zabijaka seems to have got his legs back now. Johny Zabijaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zabijaka misses with a takedown and Heggs counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Zabijaka has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Luther Heggs!
