Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roger Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wrestle Mania (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 185lb limit. Roger Reynolds came in at 187.8 and Wrestle Mania came in at 186.9 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. Wrestle Mania has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mania shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Mania is looking to work his way around to Reynolds's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Mania avoids the attempt from Reynolds to control.
Mania moves to the back position.
Mania avoiding Reynolds 's attempts to control his hands.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Reynolds is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Mania gets his way!

Mania doesn't have the hooks in and Reynolds manages to turn into his guard.
Mania is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Roger Reynolds.
Reynolds misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mania fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Reynolds avoids it really well and circles away.
Reynolds fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mania sprawls well initially but Reynolds persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mania can do anything to dispel that myth.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Reynolds throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Mania works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Reynolds wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mania keeps working.

Mania tries to roll over but Reynolds keeps him under control.

A close round but Wrestle Mania will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mania takes a head kick and keeps coming.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mania wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Reynolds, who protects the arm well.
Mania trying to control the position but Reynolds is working away.
Reynolds gets back to half guard.
Reynolds has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mania is working away from the top position though.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mania is keen to just control but Reynolds is a slippery customer.
Reynolds keeping hold of Mania's head, controlling as best he can.
Reynolds wants to control but Mania is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Mania has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Reynolds defend it? Mania steps over the head and cranks it - Reynolds is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Mania!
