The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Le Nogue closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Strangess did well to prevent Le Nogue getting side control.
Strangess misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Le Nogue lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Le Nogue lands a nice short elbow.
Strangess is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Strangess is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Le Nogue scores with a couple of nice shots.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Strangess can do anything to dispel that myth.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Le Nogue connects with a nice short shot to Strangess's temple.
