Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Lambda. King does a little dance to reset his feet.
King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lambda.
King is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
King slaps away a takedown attempt from Lambda, before circling back to the center of the mat.
King walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lambda checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
King misses with a wild combination.
King is looking to clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King can't break the clinch.
King gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lambda.

King throws a nice looking combination but Lambda bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Lambda counters with a nice double leg into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lambda accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Lambda throws and elbow that misses. King uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lambda's guard. Nice move by King!

King slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Lambda wants to improve his position but instead King has moved into half guard.

Lambda is looking to control King's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lambda avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lambda is looking to get back to full guard here but King has managed to pass to side control instead.

and Lambda counters with a head kick. That will keep King thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Lambda pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lambda keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

King throws a leg kick
and Lambda counters by clinching up.
Lambda breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
King misses with a jab, cross combination.

King is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lambda jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… King is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by King and Lambda has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

King might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lambda is pressing down on King's thigh, looking to free his foot. King is holding on for now.
Lambda thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed King's head.

Zucki Lambda showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Horrible takedown by Lambda or perhaps it was just good defense by King which made him look bad.

King thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

King's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

King moves to back control.
Lambda looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

I would just about give that final round to Zucki Lambda.
Well Lambda has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
