Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Halipois (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko CroCop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joshua Halipois could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mirko CroCop's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joshua Halipois!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mirko CroCop!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Halipois looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Halipois really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
CroCop looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
CroCop missing with a left hand there. Halipois was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Halipois lands a big head kick that sends CroCop tumbling to the mat! Halipois takes a step backwards and waves CroCop back to his feet - he wants the finish!
CroCop is rocked!
It looks like Mirko CroCop has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
CroCop gets tackled into the cage by Halipois. Halipois maintains the clinch.
Halipois's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
CroCop slips a jab and a cross from Halipois.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Halipois.
Halipois tries to clinch up but CroCop circles away and keeps his distance.
Halipois changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. CroCop tries to avoid it but Halipois manages to keep hold of a leg and drag CroCop to the ground. CroCop escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Halipois will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
CroCop gets caught flat footed, as Halipois shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Halipois stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. CroCop swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Halipois will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

CroCop will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Halipois pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. CroCop is keeping the position for now.
Halipois looking to sit in guard and control but CroCop gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
CroCop is looking to work some ground and pound but Halipois has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Halipois is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. CroCop is aware though and is defending well.
Halipois is looking for a triangle but CroCop pushes his legs off easily.
Halipois isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. CroCop stacks Halipois on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by CroCop!
CroCop has hold of Halipois's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Halipois tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - CroCop cranks the arm and Halipois screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Halipois, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
