The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nom Nom listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Trezeguet shoots in for a takedown but Nom Nom shows good takedown defense.
Nom Nom stuffs the takedown.

Trezeguet throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nom Nom lands a jab to the nose.
Nom Nom fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Trezeguet has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Trezeguet takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nom Nom ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nom Nom lands with a right that hurts Trezeguet. Trezeguet looks to clinch but Nom Nom throws a short knee that drops Trezeguet. This one is all over!
