The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baduk falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Rotthwell to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Sergei Baduk has been cut.
Rotthwell misses the shot to the body.
Baduk throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rotthwell's head.
It looks like Benn Rotthwell has been cut.
Rotthwell just misses with a punch to the body.
Rotthwell throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Baduk misses with a combination
and Rotthwell counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Baduk is breathing heavily.
Rotthwell blocks a head kick by Baduk.
Baduk shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rotthwell as he jumps to the side.
Rotthwell goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Rotthwell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sergei Baduk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rotthwell avoids a kick to the body.
Rotthwell misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rotthwell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Baduk wants to clinch
and Rotthwell counters with a nice right hand that sends Baduk toppling to the canvas! Baduk scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Rotthwell finish him?!

Baduk misses with an uppercut
and Rotthwell counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rotthwell misses with a wild combination.
Baduk takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rotthwell is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Baduk rather than just go for the knockout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rotthwell is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Baduk hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
