Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Ivanovits (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Burnquist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivanovits kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Odorants - This Night. Burnquist has chosen "Blut Royale" by Combichrist as his entrance music. Sergei Ivanovits has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burnquist tries to clinch but Ivanovits moves out of range.
Burnquist throws a head kick that misses.
A head kick misses from Burnquist.
Burnquist tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Burnquist looks to clinch
and Ivanovits counters with a stiff right hand.
Burnquist throws a leg kick
and Ivanovits counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Burnquist misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ivanovits cracks Burnquist with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ivanovits tests Burnquist's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Bob Burnquist has been cut.
Burnquist drops his hands momentarily. Ivanovits doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Burnquist staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Burnquist doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sergei Ivanovits!
