and Rogers connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rogers uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Popovic.

and Popovic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Steve Rogers has been cut.
Rogers slips a jab and a cross from Popovic.
Popovic throws a series of punches but Rogers avoids them all with ease.
Popovic rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Rogers to counter with a crisp jab.
Rogers wants to clinch but Popovic slips to the side

and Rogers is countered with a crisp right hand from Popovic that sends him to the canvas! Popovic follows him to the mat into side control.

Popovic is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rogers knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
