The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lokren thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Jones if he has to take too many more of those.
Lokren has Jones up against the cage in a clinch.
Lokren with a knee to the head.
It looks like Jon Jones has been cut.
Jones wants a takedown but no success here.
Jones drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lokren pulls his leg out and moves away.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Jones.
Lokren struggling a bit here.
Jones throws a strike aimed at the side of Lokren's head but Lokren avoids it well.
Jones landing strikes.
Jones looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lokren is looking for a sweep.
Jones wants to control but Lokren is keeping him busy.
Lokren seems a little lost for a moment, as Jones dominates the positioning.
Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jones moves into full mount!
Jones is breathing heavily.

Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lokren is looking to escape.
Jones lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lokren hang on?
Lokren is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Jones connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Lokren is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lokren is squirming around, avoiding Jones's attempts to control the action.

Lokren wants to control but Jones is having none of it.
Jones lands with some strikes.

Jones postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Lokren looks a forlorn figure.
Lokren can't escape the position.
Jones fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Jones lands a big elbow.
Jones looking to isolate an arm here. Lokren doesn't see it coming and as Jones extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Jones!
