Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krayzor Windfather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tapio Lotvonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lotvonen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Windfather is looking to clinch.

Lotvonen drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Lotvonen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Windfather fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Krayzor Windfather has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tapio Lotvonen.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Windfather decides to stand up, so the ref orders Lotvonen to his feet.

Lotvonen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Windfather sprawls well initially but Lotvonen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Lotvonen uses his free foot to push down on Windfather's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Windfather.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lotvonen looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Lotvonen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Windfather pushes Lotvonen off and gets back to his feet.

Windfather has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lotvonen is working away from the top position though.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
