Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelly McFillin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Dusiciel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Kelly McFillin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mario Dusiciel! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McFillin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dusiciel counters with a nice uppercut. Dusiciel shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. McFillin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. McFillin has an active guard here but Dusiciel has managed to pass into half guard.
Dusiciel takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Dusiciel looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. McFillin tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Dusiciel has advanced to mount. Uh oh. McFillin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
McFillin bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. McFillin scoring with some ground and pound. Dusiciel keeping moving, preventing McFillin from controlling successfully. McFillin has gone for a leg lock! Dusiciel slips out almost immediately though and dives into McFillin's guard. McFillin has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dusiciel is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for McFillin. Dusiciel working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McFillin is trying to improve his position. McFillin is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dusiciel is looking to take a break and control but McFillin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dusiciel just content to control the position. McFillin tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Dusiciel looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. McFillin tries to get back to half guard but can't. McFillin wants to control but Dusiciel is having none of it. McFillin is trying to escape the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mario Dusiciel dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Dusiciel gets caught flat footed, as McFillin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dusiciel utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. McFillin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. McFillin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dusiciel looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dusiciel looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dusiciel! McFillin throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. McFillin is positioning himself to get back to half guard. McFillin regains half guard. McFillin is refusing to be controlled, as Dusiciel sits in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. McFillin manages to regain full guard. Nice work. McFillin is looking to stand back up but Dusiciel counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by McFillin. Dusiciel with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. McFillin wants to get back to full guard. McFillin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dusiciel pulls his head out easily. McFillin misses with some strikes from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. McFillin working for a choke but Dusiciel is defending well. McFillin has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Dusiciel has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

McFillin is throwing strikes by Dusiciel counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, Dusiciel regains half guard. McFillin is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Dusiciel still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Dusiciel has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. McFillin struggling a bit here. McFillin looks to move to half guard but instead Dusiciel has passed into mount! Damn! McFillin bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! McFillin wants to pass the guard but Dusiciel is keeping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kelly McFillin will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
McFillin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dusiciel counters with a takedown into side control. McFillin is pushing Dusiciel's head away, looking to escape. Dusiciel manages to hold on to the position though. McFillin throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
McFillin is trying to get back to half guard. Dusiciel is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down McFillin's shoulder. That is not cool. Dusiciel is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, McFillin has escaped the position, nice work there. McFillin is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dusiciel stands up. Dusiciel drives through with a takedown into guard. McFillin throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

McFillin is working for a submission of some sort.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McFillin is stalling here. Dusiciel is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! McFillin seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dusiciel has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. You can see the frustration on McFillin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dusiciel is looking to take a break and control but McFillin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. McFillin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dusiciel wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. McFillin is trying to work for a sweep but Dusiciel has mounted him! Dusiciel content just to control the position here. McFillin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

And that's the end of the fight! Mario Dusiciel comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dusiciel has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
