Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman The Russian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Triston Baal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Triston Baal! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baal looks for a takedown but The Russian sprawls well. Baal shoots in but The Russian avoids the takedown attempt easily. The Russian is looking to clinch. The Russian gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. A nice right hand lands inside from Baal. Baal scores with a shoulder strike. The Russian lands with a short head shot on the inside. Baal lands a nice shot to the body. Baal gets through The Russian's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. The Russian fails in his attempt to clinch. Baal scores with a takedown into The Russian's guard. Despite being in the dominant position, Triston Baal just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Baal misses with a two punch combination.

Baal looks to land a combination but The Russian avoids it well. Nice sprawl there from The Russian as Baal shoots in. Roman The Russian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Triston Baal. The Russian darts in and clinches Baal up against the cage. The Russian lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. The Russian landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The Russian lands an elbow inside that Baal shrugs off. The Russian is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Baal turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Baal manages to end up in side control. Baal throws a strike aimed at the side of The Russian's head but The Russian avoids it well. The Russian gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Baal lands a nice shot to the head. Baal looking to finish The Russian with some ground and pound. This is bad for The Russian! Baal tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Baal working the ground and pound effectively.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baal controlling the pace for now. The Russian tries to hold on but Baal postures up. The Russian taking shots to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baal scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish The Russian?
The Russian is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Baal lands a big elbow. Oh The Russian is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Baal connects with a bit shot that sees The Russian covering up! More strikes from The Russian and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Baal is our winner by TKO!
