Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vasya Molotok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolai Tarachenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vasya Molotok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nikolai Tarachenko!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarachenko fails in his attempt to clinch.
Molotok tries to clinch up

and Tarachenko counters by moving into the clinch.
Molotok lands an elbow inside that Tarachenko shrugs off.

It looks like Nikolai Tarachenko has been cut.
Molotok tries to pull guard but Tarachenko holds him up against the cage and eventually Molotok drops back down to his feet.
Tarachenko goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Tarachenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Molotok moves into the clinch successfully.
Molotok tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Molotok creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Tarachenko tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Molotok's elbow.
Molotok pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Molotok comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Molotok tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tarachenko smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vasya Molotok. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Good leg kick by Tarachenko there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Molotok wants to clinch but Tarachenko slips to the side

and Tarachenko counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Molotok is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tarachenko throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Tarachenko drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tarachenko jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Tarachenko won't allow Molotok to get back to his feet.
Tarachenko is looking to work some ground and pound but Molotok has wrist control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tarachenko wants to control from the top but Molotok keeps moving.
Tarachenko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Tarachenko is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Tarachenko drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Tarachenko seems to have locked his on tight now - Molotok screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Tarachenko, as he picks up the win!
