And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cristian de Souza Augusto!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Do looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Do tries to close the distance and clinch but Augusto swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Do throws a sloppy head kick and Augusto moves out of range easily.
Augusto doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Augusto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Cristian de Souza Augusto has been cut.
Augusto misses with a takedown
and Do counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Do. Those never looked like landing.
Augusto shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Do counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Billy Do has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cristian de Souza Augusto.
A head kick misses from Do.
Do misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Augusto blocks a head kick by Do.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Do throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Do rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Augusto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Augusto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Augusto slips a jab from Do.
Do throws a head kick but Augusto moves out of range.
Augusto moves out of range as Do strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Augusto blocks a head kick by Do.
Whack! Do lands a heavy head kick that drops Augusto. The ref tackles Do to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Augusto was done.
