The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

yaface rushes dot and presses him up against the ropes.
dot is trying to break the clinch but yaface is controlling him.
dot tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. yaface just stands there and leans against the ropes.
yaface really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

yaface breaks from the clinch.

dot closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - dot lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
yaface is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
yaface passes the guard and advances to mount!
dot keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

yaface has isolated one of dot's arms. dot looking to fight him off but yaface twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
