Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wolfgang Amadeus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thomas has chosen Judas Priest - Painkiller as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Wolfgang Amadeus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Craig Thomas! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Thomas checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Amadeus throws a lazy right hand but Thomas sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Thomas falls off balance throwing a combination
and Amadeus counters with a left and a right that stings Thomas. Amadeus staying out of range there. Amadeus lands a slapping body shot.
Amadeus misses with a head kick.
Thomas fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Amadeus looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Thomas displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Amadeus throws out the jab. Amadeus cracks Thomas with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Amadeus is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Thomas. Amadeus uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Thomas. Thomas throws an off balance right hand
and Amadeus cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Thomas on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Amadeus looks to score with a jab to the body but Thomas is just out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Amadeus. Thomas does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thomas scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Thomas works Amadeus's body with a nice hook. Thomas tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Amadeus looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

and Thomas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Amadeus lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Thomas throws a big shot that misses. Amadeus ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Amadeus will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Amadeus turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Amadeus throws a sloppy head kick and Thomas counters with a right hand to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Thomas looks to land a left hand but Amadeus moved out of range nicely. Thomas getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Thomas avoids the head kick by Amadeus.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Thomas listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Amadeus is rocked! Thomas misses the shot to the body. Oh Amadeus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Amadeus misses with a head kick.
Amadeus seems to have got his legs back now. Amadeus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

And that's the end of the fight! Craig Thomas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Thomas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
