Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Batungbakal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davis Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Batungbakal comes into the arena with The Only blaring out of the sound system. Holt has chosen Country Boys Can Survive by Hank Williams Jr as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt keeps the fight on the outside.
Holt misses with a two punch combination.
Batungbakal doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Holt counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Holt moves into range and clinches up with Batungbakal.
Batungbakal has Holt pressed against the cage, preventing Holt from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Batungbakal manages to break the clinch.
Batungbakal scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Davis Holt has been cut.
Holt misses with a jab, cross combination.
Batungbakal fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Holt avoids it really well and circles away.
Holt throws a combination. Batungbakal tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Diego Batungbakal has been cut.
Batungbakal is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Holt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Batungbakal moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Batungbakal misses with a head kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Holt misses with a double jab.
Holt throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Batungbakal's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Holt dives in looking to finish as Batungbakal flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Holt's strikes! Holt is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Batungbakal's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Batungbakal was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Davis Holt!
