The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Knight, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sparring Dummy slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Knight throws a nice looking combination but Sparring Dummy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sparring Dummy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Knight.
Sparring Dummy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sparring Dummy moves away from the strike by Knight.
Sparring Dummy looks to throw the jab but Knight is out of range.
Sparring Dummy bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Knight's head.
Sparring Dummy throws a right hand that misses
and Knight counters with a nice uppercut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Knight. Sparring Dummy does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sparring Dummy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Knight moves away from the strike by Sparring Dummy.
Sparring Dummy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knight manages to avoid it.
Nice defenses there by Knight.
Sparring Dummy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sparring Dummy uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Knight getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Sparring Dummy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Sparring Dummy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sparring Dummy swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Knight counters with a huge left! Sparring Dummy is in big trouble! He's backing up but Knight isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Sparring Dummy from any more damage. A dominating finish by Knight!
