Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and idk idk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
idk throws a right hand that misses
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.
A solid body kick from idk.
Jones tries to clinch up.
idk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jones was covering up waiting for the punch and idk finishes the takedown easily into guard.
idk looking to sit in guard and control but Jones gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
idk is wriggling around but Jones manages to pass to half guard.
Jones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
idk tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jones has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but idk is surviving well by controlling Jones's body position as best he can.
idk reaches up to try and control the position but Jones seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! idk rolls and tries to escape and now Jones has his back!
Will Jones go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
idk preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Jones.
Jones is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and idk taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Jones.
