Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Corey Wright!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Butch Reed!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wright throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Reed counters with a nice uppercut.
Reed has his takedown stuffed

and Wright counters by moving into the clinch.
Wright wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Reed jumps guard but Wright stands there with Reed around his waist. Reed gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Wright tries to circle away but Reed has him pinned against the cage.
Reed prevents Wright from breaking the clinch.

Wright breaks from the clinch.
Reed looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Corey Wright has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Butch Reed.

Reed changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wright looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Reed prevents Wright from escaping the position.
Reed wants to take a breather but Wright manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Reed.
Reed looking to pass the guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Reed trying to control the position from guard on top but Wright is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Reed slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Reed wants to control from the top but Wright keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Butch Reed was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Nice uppercut lands for Wright. That snapped Reed's head back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Wright has Reed up against the cage in a clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Wright.
Reed jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wright walks away with a smile on his face. Reed gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Wright feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Reeds jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wright punishes Reed's body with a nice straight punch.
Reed looks gassed!
Wright swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Reed is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Wright just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! Reed has gone limp, and this one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Corey Wright!
