The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Son counters with a stiff right hand.

Parton shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Parton was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Son takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Parton fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

It looks like Gray Son has been cut.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parton throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Son because Parton loaded up on that one.

Son is in a horrible position here. Parton smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Parton lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Son hang on?

Son tries to hold on but Parton postures up.
Parton throws a strike there. Son manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.
Parton slips a nice elbow through Son's hands, connecting with Son's forehead.
The cut above Gray Son's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Parton thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Son to regain full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Son utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Parton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Son wants to stand and escape but Parton is having none of it.
Parton throws and elbow that misses. Son uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Parton's guard. Nice move by Son!

Dolly Parton dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Gray Son's cut.
That's time! Parton's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Son leaves Parton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Son stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Son wants it to stay on the feet.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Parton in particular looking to stall.
Parton thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Son's head.
Parton thows a huge punch but Son dodges it nicely.
Son looks like he's trying to stand up.
Parton lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Gray Son's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Gray Son's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Dolly Parton!
