Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Roberto Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Secunda counters with a nice uppercut.
A shot to the body from Secunda misses
and Gracie counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Secunda!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gracie moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Secunda has worked his arm free - good work by Secunda!
Gracie laying and praying for a moment but Secunda takes advantage and regains half guard.

Gracie sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Secunda's guard.
Gracie is stalling here. Secunda is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Gracie seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Secunda has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gracie goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Secunda has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Gracie but great work by Secunda.

Well Secunda has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
