Balboa misses with a straight left.
Alvarez could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Balboa throws a leg kick but Alvarez sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Alvarez avoids the head kick by Balboa.
Alvarez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Alvarez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Balboa throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Alvarez quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Alvarez but it's paid off an Balboa is forced to tap! Nice work by Alvarez.
