Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between quick mick cameron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateusz Pleczyluk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). cameron's entrance music is swedish house mafia. A fine choice. Mateusz Pleczyluk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pleczyluk shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. cameron is trying to defend but Pleczyluk finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Pleczyluk is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

cameron makes his way to full guard, as Pleczyluk worked for a kimura.

Pleczyluk throws and elbow that misses. cameron uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pleczyluk's guard. Nice move by cameron!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

cameron drops back looking for a leg! Pleczyluk is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pleczyluk manages to kick cameron off! cameron jumps back into Pleczyluk's guard.

cameron postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Pleczyluk is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of cameron, into his guard.

Pleczyluk drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
cameron is pushing Pleczyluk's head away, looking to escape. Pleczyluk manages to hold on to the position though.

Pleczyluk swings around for an armbar but cameron sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Pleczyluk's guard.
cameron might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pleczyluk is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

cameron drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pleczyluk manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now cameron has Pleczyluk in his guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Mateusz Pleczyluk has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from cameron enables Pleczyluk to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. cameron manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Pleczyluk is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Pleczyluk hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
