Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Piper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeffrey The Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Piper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeffrey The Dude! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Piper closes the distance but The Dude moves to the side and The Dude cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A slow jab from Piper misses its intended target. Piper looks to score with a jab to the body but The Dude is just out of range. Jeffrey The Dude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Dude scores a takedown into full mount! The Dude sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The Dude pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. The Dude in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Dude goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Piper is on top in guard.
The Dude tries to land a sweep but no joy. The Dude is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Piper trying to control but The Dude is working from the bottom. The Dude looking to hit a scissor sweep but Piper is one step ahead there. Piper has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. There's a bit of a scramble here and now The Dude is on top in guard.
Piper has his foot on The Dude's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. The Dude works his way back into a safe position though. Piper keeping full guard, as The Dude tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Dude passes Piper's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The Dude moves into full mount! Piper won't be happy about that! The Dude with shots to the head and body - Piper looks very uncomfortable down there. Piper taking shots to the head. Piper is squirming around, avoiding The Dude's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Piper is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The Dude is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Piper can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Piper tries to reverse the position but The Dude maintains control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeffrey The Dude dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A low kick from Piper is predictable there and The Dude counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by The Dude. The Dude trying to control but Piper is working from the bottom. The Dude drops back, looking for a kneebar! Piper looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Piper looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Piper! Piper wants to lay and pray for a moment but The Dude keeps working. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Piper laying and praying for a moment but The Dude takes advantage and regains half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Dude trying to control from the bottom.
The Dude makes his way to full guard. A much better position for The Dude. The Dude looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Piper is looking to advance position but The Dude has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! The Dude working for a guillotine from mount but Piper is in no mood to give up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Piper is looking to get to half guard. The Dude in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Piper wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Dude is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Piper defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. The Dude doesn't have the hooks in and Piper manages to turn into his guard.
The Dude is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Piper pushing down on The Dude's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The Dude tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Piper has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Dude tries to reverse the position but Piper maintains control. Piper looking to finish with strikes here!
A nice elbow there by Piper. The Dude sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Jeffrey The Dude has got the better of the ground game so far. The Dude gets back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeffrey The Dude showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
The Dude misses with a shot to the body and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Piper throws a predictable looking body shot
and The Dude counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by The Dude. The Dude scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The Dude has gone for a leg lock! Piper slips out almost immediately though and dives into The Dude's guard. The Dude looking for a sweep. Not yet The Dude, not yet. Piper pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. The Dude is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Dude keeping moving, preventing Piper from controlling successfully. The Dude bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Piper's guard. Piper wants to improve his position but instead The Dude has moved into half guard.
Piper is looking to improve his position.
The Dude trying to control from half guard but Piper is working away. Peter Piper has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jeffrey The Dude is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Well, if The Dude is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Piper pushes The Dude off looking to stand but The Dude dives back in and keeps control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Dude controlling the pace.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. The Dude ducks under a wild hook from Piper. Piper changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Piper misses with an uppercut
and The Dude counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The Dude keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Piper missing with punches from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Dude seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jeffrey The Dude has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Piper waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract The Dude. Piper rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and The Dude counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jeffrey The Dude comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got The Dude winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
