Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chin Checka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Checka comes to the cage accompanied by Ghetto Paradis. Malone has chosen up with the Cock as his entrance music. Chin Checka could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mick Malone's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chin Checka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mick Malone! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malone wants to slow Checka down by chopping away at his legs. Malone thows a body shot but no joy. Malone has a takedown stuffed. Checka clobbers Malone with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Checka checks the leg kick nicely there.
Checka blocks a head kick by Malone.
Malone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Checka.
Checka tries to clinch up and Malone counters with a left to the body. Malone throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Chin Checka has been cut. Malone throws a head kick that misses and Checka counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Checka throws a left and a right that both miss
and Malone counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Mick Malone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Malone throws a sloppy body shot
and Checka counters with a left and a right that stings Malone.
That's one minute gone in the round. Checka darts in and clinches Malone up against the cage. Malone comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Knees to the body from Malone.
Checka takes an elbow to the forehead. Malone just leaning against Checka, taking a breather. Checka tries to work over Malone's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Malone lands a nice elbow. Checka swings wildly with an uppercut but Malone uses good head movement to avoid it. Malone ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Malone no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Malone is trying to keep Checka in close.
Malone wants to sweep but no luck. Malone has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Malone tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Mick Malone has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Checka clinches up with Malone and pushes him back against the cage. Malone blocks a body shot from Checka. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Checka. Malone stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Malone is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Checka is defending well for now. Checka tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Checka misses with a punch on the inside.

Malone pulls Checka in close to prevent any damage. Malone looking to hit a scissor sweep but Checka is one step ahead there. Malone is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Malone content to control rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Malone is keen to just control but Checka is a slippery customer. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Checka pushes Malone off looking to stand but Malone dives back in and keeps control.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mick Malone. Malone is looking to clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. and Malone counters with a head kick. Checka fails with an attempt to clinch.
Checka swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Malone holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Malone. Checka misses with a punch to the body.
Malone is looking to control Checka's arms but Checka gets an underhook and turns him. Now Malone has his back to the cage. Checka throws a punch but it's blocked by Malone. A head punch on the inside from Checka fails to land. Checka tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Checka lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Malone blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Checka is pressed up against the cage. Malone has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Checka down to the mat. Checka avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Checka scores with a crisp jab that stopped Malone in his tracks. Malone misses with a two punch combination.
Checka tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Malone throws out a leg kick but Checka moves out of range and Malone only half commits.

and Checka counters with a lovely straight right hand! Malone throws a nice outside leg kick. Checka lands a jab to the nose. Malone attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Checka tries to sprawl but Malone drives through with a takedown into half guard. Malone prevents Checka from standing back up.
Malone content to control rather than advance. Checka wants to get back to his feet. Malone controlling the pace. Checka is trying to stand.

Checka tries to clinch there but Malone circles away.

and Checka counters with a one-two to the body. Malone misses with a head kick.
Checka moves out of range of the strikes. Checka misses with an uppercut. Malone throws an off balance right hand
and Malone takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Checka displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Malone. Malone throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Checka counters with a right hand to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Checka avoids the head kick by Malone.
Checka lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Malone moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Checka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Malone paws at him with a jab and circles away. Nice uppercut lands for Checka. That snapped Malone's head back.
Malone closes the distance looking to clinch and Checka counters with a stiff right hand. Malone fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Checka avoids it really well and circles away. Chin Checka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mick Malone. Malone gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Checka dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Checka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chin Checka is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Malone fails with the takedown and Checka cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Malone closes this distance looking for a takedown but Checka circles away. Checka lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Malone backs up against the cage.

Malone sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Malone breaks from Checka's wrist control and lands an elbow. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Malone landing strikes from the mount and Checka is in trouble! You get the feeling that Checka really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Checka can't escape the position.

Malone content just to control the position here. Checka's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Malone controlling the position easily from mount.

Let's hope that Malone has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Malone is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Checka can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Checka swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Malone is landing with some decent strikes but Checka is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Checka flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
And that's the end of the fight! Mick Malone comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Malone winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
