Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niko Winter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Niko Winter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brock Penn! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Winter catches Penn right on the button with a cross.
It looks like Brock Penn has been cut. Penn looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Penn fails with an attempt to clinch.
Penn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Winter. Winter punishes Penn's body with a nice straight punch. Penn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Winter but Winter pushes him off and we're back to square one. Penn decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Winter keeping hold of Penn's head, controlling as best he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Penn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Winter keeps working. Penn might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Winter kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winter trying to control from the bottom.
Penn prevents Winter from improving his position. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Winter lands with an overhand left. Niko Winter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Winter listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Penn tries to move into range but Winter moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Winter scores with a hook to the body. Penn takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Penn looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Winter scores with a shot to the body.
Winter smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Winter punishes Penn's body with a nice straight punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Winter lands a left and a right that send Penn crashing to the mat, dazed. Winter thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Penn is rocked!
That has opened up Brock Penn's cut even more. Winter lands a big uppercut and Penn crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Penn looks OK. Winter waves Penn back to his feet! Penn is still on wobbly legs! Can Winter finish him?
The cut above Brock Penn's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Niko Winter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Winter drops Penn with a huge uppercut! Penn drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Winter is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Niko Winter!
