Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Pool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darrell Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Pool!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Pool looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pool tries to close the distance and clinch but Armstrong swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Armstrong closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Armstrong lands in his opponent's guard.
Pool working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Armstrong.
Pool throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Pool has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

That's time! Pool's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Armstrong cracks Pool with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Armstrong pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Pool is looking to improve his position but Armstrong isn't that keen on the idea.
Armstrong looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Armstrong is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Pool can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Darrell Armstrong has got the better of the ground game so far.
Armstrong softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Pool is out cold! Armstrong jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
